MOVON ADAS is a life-saving collision avoidance system that keeps drivers alert and reduces road accidents. It uses advanced video processing technology to detect imminent collisions and to provide drivers with audible and visual alerts before accident accour.
LIFE SAVING FUNCTIONS
The MDAS-9 detects lane departures and forward collisions with vehicles, pedestrians, motorcycles and bikers. Its camera also recognizes speed limit sign posts and provides real time warnings when speed limits are exceeded.
FORWARD COLLISION WARNING (FCW)
Warns drivers when they are in imminent danger of a collision.
PEDESTRIAN COLLISION WARNING (PCW)
Provides critical warnings when pedestrians enter the vehicles path ( active from 0-40 km/h, 24mph).
SAFETY DISTANCE ALARM (SDA)
Helps drivers maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front
FRONT VEHICLE STAT ALARM (FVSA)
Notifies drivers when a stationary vehicle in front of them starts to move and there is no reaction from the drivers within 2 seconds.
LANE DEPARTURE WARNING (LDW)
Alerts drivers and help them regain control when vehicle unintentionally steer into other traffic lanes
TRAFFIC SPEED RECOGNITION (TSR)
Recognized speed limit signs and provides warning for over speed
FORWARD PROXIMITY WARNING (FPW)
Warns the drivers of imminent collision of low speeds.
DIGITAL VIDEO RECORDING
A built-in recorder locally stores the videos that was capture by MADS.
